By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or any other BeeTalk services (collectively the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

By registering, accessing, or using BeeTalk, you confirm that you:

Buy or sell products on the BeeTalk Marketplace.

BeeTalk is operated by BeeTalk Thailand Co., Ltd. headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.
To use BeeTalk’s features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Take full responsibility for any activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or misuse the Platform.
You retain ownership of any content you post (photos, videos, comments, listings, etc.) but grant BeeTalk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on our Platform for operational or promotional purposes.
You agree not to post or share content that:
Violates laws or third-party rights.
Contains hate speech, sexual content, or harassment.
Promotes scams, violence, or illegal products.
Misleads users or spreads false information.
BeeTalk reserves the right to remove or moderate content at its discretion.
If you buy or sell items through the BeeTalk Marketplace:
You must comply with Thai e-commerce laws and consumer protection regulations.
You are solely responsible for your listings, descriptions, and transactions.
BeeTalk acts only as a platform and is not a party to transactions between users.
BeeTalk is not liable for any losses, disputes, or fraud arising from user transactions.
Premium merchants or verified sellers may be required to pass additional verification steps.
Some BeeTalk services (e.g., premium accounts, featured listings, or advertising) require payment.
By purchasing any paid service, you agree that:
All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees.
BeeTalk may change pricing or billing methods with notice.
You agree not to:
Use BeeTalk for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
Interfere with BeeTalk’s systems or security.
Collect user data or spam other members.
Violation of these terms may result in account termination and potential legal action.
All content on BeeTalk (logos, graphics, design, software, etc.) is owned by BeeTalk or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any BeeTalk intellectual property without prior written consent.
BeeTalk may integrate with external services (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Line, or payment gateways).
We are not responsible for the content, terms, or policies of third-party websites.
BeeTalk is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
Continuous, error-free, or secure access.
Accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.
Any outcomes from using the platform.
Your use of BeeTalk is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
BeeTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
BeeTalk’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) within the past 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time in your settings.
BeeTalk may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
Termination does not waive BeeTalk’s right to recover damages for previous violations.
Your use of BeeTalk is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.
BeeTalk may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.
Your continued use of BeeTalk after any updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
