Additionally, defeating an elite Frost Walker rewards more Dark And Darker Gold, making this version ideal for players farming currency to trade or purchase from vendors.

Nightmare Frost Walker

The Nightmare version is the final and most terrifying form of the Frost Walker. It features all of the elite traits, but with additional enhancements:

    Much Higher Health and Damage

    Increased Movement Speed

    Persistent Frostbite Pools

Once the Frostbite Aura activates, the Nightmare Frost Walker begins leaving pools of frostbite wherever it walks. These pools inflict the same frostbite debuff as the aura and linger for a time, transforming the battlefield into a minefield of slowing and damaging zones.

Combat strategy here involves:

    Constant movement to avoid both direct melee hits and frostbite pools.

    Ranged attacks to stay out of aura range.

    Crowd control spells or tools to gold chest dark and darker slow or root the Frost Walker when possible.
